This video is the first part of the #FreeSavchenko Space Odyssey series, a Star Wars remake by Alex King (known in twitter as @GlasnostGone). A trailer for the series has been launched earlier (details here).

Nadiya Savchenko had been kidnapped by Russian-backed militants on 17 June 2014, after which she was illegally transferred to Russia. Being jailed ever since, she is being charged with crossing the border illegally. Her detention has been prolonged til 30 September 2015. The #FreeSavchenko public campaign has been advocating for the release of Nadiya Savchenko starting from November 2014. A short explainer on Nadiya Savchenko can be found here.
