February 16: Pro-Russian separatists cannot “morally” stop fighting for the town of Debaltseve

February 16 – Continued sanctions against Russia, crisis in Ukraine, and January terrorist acts in Paris have placed under threat the possibility of a peaceful life for more than 800 million Europeans. This was raised in the letter by the speaker of Derzhduma in Russia, Serhiy Naryshkin, addressed to the Parliaments of European countries, the European Council, European Parliament, as well as the OBSE Parliamentary Assembly, writes Newsweek. The letter urges European Parliaments to stop the crisis. It is noteworthy that the letter is not a public letter. It was released to journalists by the Parliaments. Interesting – who will resolve this war – if not Russia? Of course, Russia decided to scare the world with a World War, which it itself is unleashing. A reminder, on Monday, the new EU sanctions against Russia took effect. February 16 – Illegal armed groups have fired at the positions of ATO forces over 112 times. The fragile ceasefire in Ukraine appears to have collapsed just 48 hours after being implemented, as separatist fighters and government troops continued to engage in tit-for-tat fighting. February 16 – Pro-Russian separatists cannot “morally” stop fighting for the town of Debaltseve in east Ukraine because it is “internal territory” and must respond to fire from Ukrainian troops, Denis Pushilin, a rebel representative. February 16 – In Rostov province, the Russian Emergencies Ministry has completed the preparation of the 12th column of humanitarian aid for Donbas and it is ready to ship. It consists of more than 170 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid totaling more than 1.5 thousand tons. The next “humanitarian convoy” of the Russian Federation, which crosses the Ukrainian border without the permission of the Ukrainian authorities, will be regarded as an invasion. This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Yuriy Sergeyev, says Joinfo.ua. February 16 – The United States said on Feb. 16 it is “gravely concerned” by fighting in and around Debaltseve in eastern Ukraine that flared up after a ceasefire agreement and said it is closely monitoring reports of a new column of Russian military equipment moving toward the region. February 16 – The situation in eastern Ukraine is very unstable, and the path towards a total peace will be extremely complicated, especially concerning the situation around Debaltsev.

• ментально – і далі центрами є стара столиця Московського царства – Москва та Російської імперії – Санкт-Петербург;

• демографічно – за Уралом мешкає 15% населення країни;

• ресурсно – більшість ресурсів Росії – у Сибірі;

• військово – головні військові ресурси спрямовані на Захід;

• релігійно – надмірне фаворитизування православ'я призведе до значних проблем з ісламом, який динамічно поширюється в Росії;

• головні ресурси Росії (нафта, газ, безпека) невдовзі будуть в Сибірі та Арктиці;

• Петро І переформатував цивілізаційно відстале Московське царство у Російську імперію;

• Лєнін, з огляду на поразку у І Світовій війні, переформатував Російську імперію у СССР;

• Ґорбачов-Єльцин, з огляду на цивілізаційну відсталість, технологічну революцію 1980-х і поразку у "холодній війні", переформатували СССР у відносно демократичну РФ І;

• збереженні монополій на нафто-газових ринках;

• прив'язці своїх клієнтів до нафто-газової залежності;

• утримуванні цін на нафту та газ;

• блокуванні енергетичної революції;

• збереженні Російської Федерації ІІ (третє президентство Путіна) як корпорації її вузького елітного прошарку;

• розколоти ЄС по кількох лініях (ФРН contra Південна Європа, ФРН+Франція contra Центрально-Східна Європа так званого "санітарний поясу");

• якщо не повністю позбавити суб'єктності, то хоча б підпорядкувати собі "санітарний пояс" між РФ та її сателітами та ФРН (Фінляндія, Естонія, Латвія, Литва, Польща, Чехія, Словаччина, Угорщина, Румунія, Болгарія, Словенія, Хорватія, Боснія і Герцеговина, Чорногорія, Сербія, Македонія, Греція, Молдова, Україна, Грузія, Вірменія, Азербайджан);

• відтіснити Велику Британію з будь-яких європейських проектів, включно з ЄС;

• ізолювати США, знеохотити їх до участі у європейських справах;

• будь-якими силами втягнути КНР у спільні геополітичні проекти;

• спробувати знову спровокувати ірансько-американське протистояння або скористатися американськими уступками, які укладалися при перемовинах з Іраном;

• активізувати залучення невизначених країн у форматі співпраці БРІКС (BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) які до 2050 року неначе мають стати чотирма домінуючими економічними системами світу;

• активізувати фронт протистояння США (Ємен, Газа+Західний берег Йордану, Ліван, Сирія, Ірак, Грузія, Україна, Молдова);

March 11: The US has introduced new sanctions

March 11 – Russia continues to arm and train separatists in eastern Ukraine, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg (reports Reuters), while answering questions about the information on Russian tanks arriving in Ukraine over the last few days.

March 11 – Leonid Kuzmin, the organizer of events commemorating the birthday of Taras Shevchenko in Simferopol on March 9, has been threatened with being fired if he doesn't resign "voluntarily". For those of you who are English-speaking and French-speaking – it's like firing someone for being Shakespeare's admirer.

March 11 – Security Service of Ukraine has said that Russian Major General Alexei Zavizion (aka Alagir) is the head of operations of the militants in Donbas. Although there are no Russian troops in Donbas, according to Putin.

March 11 – The US has introduced new sanctions against former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, his Deputy Serhiy Arbuzov, former minister Raisa Bogatyryova, some pro-Russian militants and their Russian supporters, – according to the website of the US Treasury.

March 11 – The threat to Russian oil industry as a result of sanctions and their implications for companies to attract funds are more serious than the risks associated with falling oil prices, – states the review by international rating agency Fitch Ratings "Russian Oil and Gas Under Sanctions: Technology, Funding More of a Threat Than Weak Oil".

March 11 – The US has decided to supply Ukraine with remotely piloted aircraft and armoured military vehicles Humvee, – informed US Vice President Joe Biden in his telephone conversation with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

March 11 – Russian soldiers are participating in the war in Eastern Ukraine beginning with July 14, 2014.

This is stated in the report of the British Kingdom United Institute of Defense Research (https://www.rusi.org/)

According to the document, on that day six reconnaissance detachments, namely: 2nd Brigade of special forces, 10th Brigade of special forces, a group of the 45th Division of Guards special forces of the air assault troops, 173rd Separate Division of Guards Reconnaissance Company, the Reconnaissance Battalion of the 9th Infantry Brigade, the Reconnaissance Battalion of the 18th Infantry Brigade.

Since August 11th, according to the data of the Institute, in the war in Ukraine, there were already ten tactical groups which were fully involved: 17th Infantry Brigade; 18th Infantry Brigade; 21st Infantry Brigade; 33rd a (mountain) Infantry Brigade; 247th Guard Division Landing-Storming Regiment; 104th Guard Division Landing-Storming Regiment; 331st Guard Division of the air assault troops; 137th Guard Division of the air assault troops; 31st Guard Division Landing-Storming Regiment; 2nd Brigade of special forces.

The number of pro-Russian fighters, state the analysts, numbers a half of the number of resource of Russian regular army. The main strategic task of the Russian Army units in the the document is named the support of the self-pronounced "republics" in Eastern Ukraine. Also the researchers supposse that that Russia very soon will undertake a new a new attack on Ukrainian positions. The most probable direction is considered Mariupol.
