Онлайн-конференція Global Maidan для медіа-активістів 15 листопада

15 листопада відбудеться конференція Global Maidan, на якій експерти в галузі журналістики, комедії, кінематографії, фандрейзингу, і соціальних медіа поділяться із громадськими активістами секретами небанального донесення ідей до ширшої аудиторії. Особливий наголос буде поставлений на тому, як не втратити увагу західних аудиторії до теми війни в Україні. Вона відбудеться в Нью-Йорку з 12 по 17:00 в Українському Музеї і організована в честь першої річниці Євромайдану. Організатори: Digital Maidan, Razom for Ukraine, Vann Alexandra, EuroMaidanPress, Babylon 13, та Український Музей. Вона поєднає широкий спектр доповідачів, що рокажуть громадським активістам про секрети фандрейзингу, як застосовувати принципи комедії для того, щоби освітлювати далеко не комічні теми, і про інновації в медіа активізмі. Окрім того, конференція включає бліц-курс кінематографії.

Серед доповідачів: чарівниця краудфандингу Алекс Далі, яка нещодавно назбирала $80 000 за один день для одного зі своїх клієнтів; письменник комедійного жанру Мередіт Скардіно, призер нагороди Еммі (сценарист передач  The Colbert Report; The Late Show with David Letterman), кінематографіст Дженні Халпер.     January 28 – Russia forced an arrested resident of the Crimea out of his Ukrainian citizenship. Simferepol court refused Oleksandr Kolchenko his request to keep the citizenship of Ukraine.

    January 28 – When the residents of Zholobok village, which is occupied by Russian soldiers and militants, were being evacuated, one of the cars detonated near Ukrainian checkpoint. People who were in the car, where the bomb was planted, are currently at the hospital of Lysychansk.
