Russian neo-Nazi active in Odesa separatist rallies

Anton Raevskii, a Russian citizen from St. Petersburg and founder of a Russian fascist organization, is an active participant in separatist rallies in Odesa, reports Ukrainska Pravda, March 25.

On his page on the Russian social networking site VKontake, Raevskii calls himself a fighter of the “Odesa Brigade.” During demonstrations in Russia he carried the placard “Russians for Russian troops in Ukraine.”

He is a founder and member of the neo-Nazi movement in Russia called the “Black Hundred” (which shares the name of the Russian ultra-nationalist movement in the early 20th century). The group’s flags were displayed during separatist rallies in Odesa.

The National Socialist Initiative organization, in which he used to be active, believes Raevskii has been collaborating with the Russian security services or the Russian police.
