Friday, March 7, 2014, 08:25

“They are now at the entrance to the Crimea; they were stopped by men in uniform. Now they are negotiating,” he said. Previously, the OSCE said they would send observers to the Crimean referendum if Ukraine requests.

It was reported that the OSCE verification mission will be present in Ukraine from March 5 to 12; it consists of 40 observers from 21 OSCE countries. According to the program for their trip, the mission will visit the military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea.
