January 4 – No Ukrainian military have died, three were wounded in the ATO area in last 24 hours, said deputy NSDC spokesman Volodymyr Polevyi.

January 4 – Militants in Donetsk have again announced curfew restrictions (these were cancelled for new year holidays). The residents have been warned to carry a passport with them at all times and not to walk the streets of Donetsk after 10 pm.

January 4 – Situation in the ATO area (Donetsk direction) has significantly deteriorated during the day – illegal armed groups have carried out 22 attacks on Ukrainian military positions.

January 4 – Someone has tried to set fire to the office of Kherson Charity Foundation "Zakhyst" (community organization supporting the army). The incident is one in a series of attacks on charities and organizations of volunteers supporting Ukrainian Armed Forces in many cities of Ukraine.

January 4 – There was an explosion at the Coordination center for ATO soldiers in Odessa undermined. According to preliminary information, nobody has died or was wounded. Russian terrorists are trying to expand their activities across Ukraine.

January 4 – An absolute majority of citizens of Ukraine (88.3%) oppose the unification of their region to Russia; only 3.1% of respondents support this idea.

This is verified by the results of a sociologigal research which was conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology.

The degree of patriotism decreases moving from West to East, if one examines the situation by regions: West (94.0%), Central (98.1%),South (93.3%), East (81.5%). Overall, Kherson and Halychyna scored "zero". Its answer to Nikita Makhalkov was also provided by the "eternally Russian" city of Odesa – 0.0%.

Analagous figures were elicited by the question whether the citizens would want their region to separate from Ukraine, but to remain independent and not to unite with Russia. Only 2.6% want the independence of their region.

March 14: Fourth wave of mobilization is being implemented at an appropriate organizational level

March 14 – Ukrainian doctors were allowed to visit Nadiya Savchenko, a pilot, who is illegally imprisoned in Russia – Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.

March 14 – During March 13th the militants in the ATO area have violated ceasefire 32 times; no Ukrainina military were killed, one was injured – NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko.

March 14 – The terrorists are trying to destabilize the situation in the areas of Donbas controlled by Ukrainians – NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko. They are seeking to force panic among civilians and "these actions are carried out by the militants who have infiltrated the liberated areas of Donbass and are provoking the residents and intimidation them by lying about the upcoming attacks by the ATO forces".

March 14 – Fourth wave of mobilization (compared to previous ones) is being implemented at an appropriate organizational level – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko – "very low rate of service refusal, good professionals skills of those mobilized, better material support of troops".

March 14 – Weapons from abroad are starting to arrive in Ukraine. Ukraine has signed contracts for the supply of lethal weapons from 11 EU countries, – said the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in an interview with 1+1 TV channel. Next week Ukraine will receive 30 armoured HAMMERs, – said the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during his meeting with volunteers on March 14th. Earlier in February, the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksandr Turchynov has stated that 20 Saxonarmoured personnel carriers (British) have already arrived in Ukraine and another 55 are expected to arrive soon.

March 14 – "The process which started exactly a year ago in Minsk should not in any way create any illusions in anyone that the threat of war has disappeared or diminioshed. The situation demands clear and coordinated actions, which will sharply increase the defense possibilities of the Armed Forces, the possibilities of defending our country," said President Petro Poroshenko. During this, he also emphasized the importance of building an effective line of protection. "In taking into account our experience, the best examples of projects of fortification structures, dugout shelters, the location of strong points, we should build in the shortest time, a highly effective, deeply defensive position," underlined Poroshenko. According to him, every region should join in building fortifications "Every region has to make its most possible contribution to the fortification work, if we do not want to meet the enemy on the borders of our own cities," stressed the President.

Also he emphasized that every region will be fortified by its part of the work, and will be responsible for its timeline and quality.
